Staun Internal Beadlock
When driving offroad it is usual to lower your vehicles tire pressure for two reasons:

1. For Comfort and a smoother ride 
2. To lengthen or enlarge your tire’s footprint to give you greater traction.

However, tire pressures below 18 psi run the risk of the tire either rotating on the wheel rim or worse, it allows the tire to completely deflate and come off the rim. These occurrences can lead to the problem of dirt and mud entering the inner air chamber and causing resealing tire bead problems.

This situation is easily overcome by fitting the Staun Internal Bead Lock, a pneumatic bead lock that fits inside the tire. The Staun Internal Bead Lock holds both tire beads onto the wheel rim via a separate low profile tube that inflates to lock the tyre beads. An easily installed special valve is fitted to the normal air valve hole to inflate the tube.

Now you have two separate air pressures, allowing you to control with confidence the pressure you wish to run in the tire. Our tests showed that even with zero pressure the tire stayed in position and full control of the vehicle was maintained while also cushioning the tire from the rim and minimising tire damage.

The Staun Internal Bead Lock provides distribution completely over and around the wheel rim inside the tire, presenting no problems with wheel balance and being inside the tire, it is unaffected by weather or damage by rocky terrain. The Staun Internal Bead Lock can easily be fitted to most one piece steel rims and tubeless tires. 

Used in conjunction with the Staun Tyre Deflators, you have a complete tyre protection and deflation system for any offroad vehicle.

What Currie Enterprises Has to say about the Anti-Rock:

'Currie manufactures Anti-Rocks for 1997-2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ's. It gives the driver increased traction by balancing and distributing the weight and traction over all four tires. The Antirock Off Road Sway Bar is designed to directly replace the stock Jeep sway bar and is an easy bolt on installation. The Sway Bar is made of SAE 4130 Heat-treated steel for ultimate strength. The Currie Anti-Rock Sway Bar does not need to be disconnected for off-road use. CAUTION: Jeeps will have more body roll than stock. This Sway Bar may be used on the street however, it will not provide the same performance as the stock setup'.

High Steer Arms
The M&M High Steer Arms are CNC machined from 4140 billet to our own design.  The King Pins are precisionally CNC machined with it's head drilled and tapped. Therefore, once the king pin has been pressed into the bottom of the arm a stud is screwed in tight from the top of the arm.

This design is superior in quality to it's competitors particularly cast designs.  Using billet eliminates the pitfalls of casting for example casting can cause small cavities which only become visible if you were to break the arm or do a cut away of it.  These imperfections lead to weak points in the arms and ultimately failure.  Therefore, running bigger tyres and/or hydro steering will expose the cast’s weak link.  

With our design the tapered stud & the tie-rod end holes are machined to ensure the precision fitting of the studs, cone washers and tie-rod ends.  If the fit is not precise (as possible in cast) the slack/play will lead to the studs and or the tie-rod to shear off and therefore potential disaster.  However, we do recommend with any design to periodically check the studs & tie-rod for play to ensure they are tight.

High Steer Arms

High Steer Kit
What is our high steer kit:

- Our high steer kits consist of our high steer arms and our custom made draglinks and tie-rods.  The tie-rods & draglinks are made from 1.75inch 4140 chromoly hex bar and drilled & tapped to suit the required rod-end.  This kit will transform the strength, performance and look of your trucks steering.

Why have a high steer kit – performance, design & strength:

 - Note these are in addition to positives noted in the High Steer Arm section (High Steer Arm Link)

 - The high steer kit will lift your venerable tie-rod out of harms way while at the same time improving your draglinks steering geometry for better handling.  When you lift your truck the steering performance suffers because your draglink’s working angle increases plus it becomes too short resulting in bump steer and loss of steering lock respectively. Lifting and making a custom length tie-rod & draglink will eliminate these issues.
Should your tie-rod or draglink take a hit or for that matter have the truck suspended off it you can be assured due to the quality of material and components used your steering will easily hand the punishment. 
 
Conclusion, no more bent tie-rods and poor handling.

Mr Swagman has selected the finest quality canvas for use in his swags. The canvas is a 100% cotton fabric that offers maximum breathability, is rot resistant, mildew resistant, U.V. stabilized and waterproof. The canvas is a 15 ounce rip stop, heavy-duty material that is the ideal choice for use in Australia's extreme conditions. Mr Swagman has chosen to use a 'Desert Sand' colour canvas for its cooling qualities and its Australian outback rugged image.

If the weather is cold or you require insect protection, the side zip continues up and around your head to incorporate the built-in mesh window. This window does not need to be removed if not in use. It simply tucks under your mattress.

The top canvas cover of the single swag unzips and folds over to one side, while the double swag unzips and unfolds to the foot end.

Mr Swagman's Classic swag offers an easy one step setup with a rope at the head end which ties to the bars of your 4WD, motorcycle or tree. This rope holds the canvas off your head and top half of your body for comfortable sleeping.

A foot end rope is also supplied to keep the canvas off your feet. This rope is best used during rain or extreme cold for added comfort. At other times it is not needed.

Mr Swagman's Classic swag features an easy access, zippered front and side entrance and an overhanging head awning to provide protection from the rain. The head awning can also be tied further back in line with the mesh to allow the overhanging flap to hang down as a full cover over the mesh. 

The Double Classic swag unzips down both sides to allow both users easy access.

Insect mesh at the head end of the swag allows excellent ventilation and insect free sleeping.

An external PVC ground flap is ideal for standing on once your boots are removed to keep your feet clean. This PVC flap is then used to protect your boots from rain and dew overnight. Single swags have a single section of PVC, while the double has one either side. 

A high density foam mattress with a removable cover is included in the price of all Mr Swagman swags to ensure a good nights sleep.
