ABT 4x4 has worked together with a highly respected & internationally recognized spring manufacturer to develop the ABT 4x4 TJ coil spring range.

Springs come in the following sizes:

Please note in additon to an engineering certiificate lifts over 2in" will at least require transfercase drop kit, new panhard or panhard brackets, sway bar extentions and upgraded bumptops.  It also recommended that you upgrade your control arms to allow you to rotate the diffs to ensure you can retore your caster angle, at the same time a drop pitman arm will also help reduce any bumpsteer. Any lift over 3" should also install a SYE kit and extended driveshaft.

We are now pleased to be an agent and offer the worlds best & hotly demanded CTM U joints.  These U joints are considered virtually indestructible and are without a doubt the first choice for the serious off-roaders that runs Dana style diffs. Jack Graef of CTM Racing ensures that all units are made to the highest possible standards.  So if you run big tyres/horsepower on/through your Dana 44, 60 and in some circumstances 30 then you are likely to require the strength and reliability of CTMs.

This CTM U-Joint could be the last U-Joint you ever have to buy! The rebuildable feature is unique in the fact that now as long as the cross or caps are intact then the seals bushings and clips can be replaced indefinitely! The U-joints are currently being used in rockcrawling competition which is one of the most abusive applications we could find for testing. These U-joints are designed for use with full circle clips which means you will need to install them into some high quality CHROME-MOLY axle shafts.

CTM U-Joints use a bronze sleeve that shows little or no wear. Keep these sleeves well greased using a needle adapter on your grease gun and abuse them worry free. Make sure you have all of your equipment set-up correctly to ensure a proper fit and superior strength to all other u-joints.

So if you are sick of replacing standard U-Joints and you want something that is rebuildable and will last more than one season then this is your best choice!

'Currie manufactures Anti-Rocks for 1997-2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ's. It gives the driver increased traction by balancing and distributing the weight and traction over all four tires. The Antirock Off Road Sway Bar is designed to directly replace the stock Jeep sway bar and is an easy bolt on installation. The Sway Bar is made of SAE 4130 Heat-treated steel for ultimate strength. The Currie Anti-Rock Sway Bar does not need to be disconnected for off-road use. CAUTION: Jeeps will have more body roll than stock. Elastogran Bumpstops
ABT has access to one of Germany’s most respected manufacturers of high quality bumpstops.   Bumpstops are commonly a forgotten part of a suspension system, however they are as critical in a vehicles performance as a spring or shock.  We consider that with any change or upgrade in the suspension should also include an upgrade in the bumpstops.
Elastogran products are used in many European high performance on and offroad vehicles.  We have a large range of items to assist with testing & identifying the most appropriate bumpstop for your application.

The outstanding features of these components, which are made of micro-cellular, special polyurethane elastomers, are: 
ï‚§	enormous deflection potential with negligible lateral expansion 
ï‚§	progressive pressure/compression behaviour 
ï‚§	minor permanent set under static and long-term, dynamic loads
These features will assist in improving the vehicles performance while ensuring protection from the increase Newtons created when by increase vehicle weights & modified 4x4 suspensions.  Therefore our aftermarket bumpstops are a must and a perfect match to our Edelbrock range of shocks.

ABT 4x4 has put together a 2in Jeep TJ kit for those looking for a small lift with the ultimate in off the shelf performance shocks.  Although not included in kit price we strongly recommend you upgrade your standard bumpstops to our German Made performance bumpstops. They are $75 each if you buy 4 with your kit.  Bumpstops are normally forgotten in most lift and suspension however they are critical to the performance of your suspension, just as much as the shock!!!

This kit utilises Edelbrock's patent design piston that has revolutionise performance shock absorber for the future. These shocks are more efficient and effective than any other shocks in the same price range.

For those seeking a little more lift and action we have our proven and tested 3 to 3.5in lift.  This kit was developed for hardcore trail driving and competition in mind without compromising around town performance.  The Extreme Performance Edelbrocks have been designed and valved for Australian conditions.  

Regardless of whether you are travelling 10km/hr on a trail or 100km/hr on a dirt road performance in your suspension and shock is cruial.  Velocity is the important factor so if you hit a ledge 300mm at 10km/hr piston this can be equal to hitting a 50mm pothole at 80km/hr.  Therefore control and handling is essential to getting the best performance out of your TJ suspension on and even more so offroad.

We have match our German made bumpstops to cater for the greater Nm forces created from increased wheel travel and weight.  They will not only protect the your shocks from over compression but they will limit wear and tear on suspension and drivetrain components, reduce the possibility of bending diffs or wheels and take out the harshness from rough road conditions. The 3.5-inch is for enthusiasts who require a little less lift than the 4.5-inch system, at a more affordable price. The 3.5-inch Super-Flexâ„¢ system features the same ride quality and general trail traits as the 4.5-inch system. 
The 3.5-inch features new control arms with our Super-Flexâ„¢ spherical ball joints, replacement 3.5-inch lift springs extended bump stops, longer front brake lines and Gen II sway bar disconnects. This 3.5-inch system can easily be upgraded to the 4.5-inch version should you decide your TJ/LJ needs more lift in the future. This suspension will allow the use of 33 x 12.5 tires

The Maxxis Trepardors are a brilliant all-round tyre.  We have the 31 inch radials on a daily driver Jeep TJ Wrangler and they handle the on-road duty extremely well considering they are so good off-road.  We consider the 30 and 31in tyres to be the best value aggressive on-off road tyre.  They will preform on-road duties, eat up mud and crawl on rocks everyday with confidence.

The larger 37in tyres are a rugged off-road performer.  They will handle on-road duties a lot better than their competitors; however they are really at home off-road. Spidertrax Spider 9 Ultimate 60 Full Steer Diff
Although normally sold in individual parts by Spidertrax, we are selling this as a Full Front parts kit.  Ok what you will get, unit bearings, Willwood brakes, custom rotors, axle seals, custom 50 degree knuckles, custom inner C, alluminium hat and Spider 9 housing. You will need to get axles, diff centre and u-joints to complete all the parts for the diffs.

Note there is not doubting the sucess of these diff as they are the choice off all the champion rockcrawlers in the  US such as Jesse Haines, winner of the W.E.ROCK Eastern U.S. Nationals in Rausch Creek, PA. On day two of this event, Jesse proves 50° of steering, possible with Spidertrax Ultimate 60 Knuckles, can make a big difference in the end.

There is simply no knuckle on the market as innovative as the upcoming Spidertrax Ultimate 60 Knuckle. Spidertrax have prototyped two versions of this knuckle for  sevral years now. Although both worked well in our field testing, the second prototyped version (V2) has received our stamp of approval and have made its way into final production . The V2 knuckle design works with Spidertrax 1 Ton Unit Bearings. Some key advantages of the V2 design are:

Light Weight - This knuckle blow away the competition when it comes to weight. Our complete knuckle set (inner & outer for both sides) sits at 57 lbs., roughly 2.5 times less weight then OEM style 60s! Don't confuse weight for strength either. With over 3 years of competition testing, these knuckles are every bit as strong as OEM and other aftermarket 60 knuckles.

Compact Design - This knuckle hugs the u-joint tighter then any OEM or aftermarket design currently on the market. This allows for a more compact setup while achieving an impressive 50° of steering angle.

Serviceability - The use of a spherical ball & race combo eliminates the bulk and weakness of standard ball joint setups and provides a much simpler package then kingpins. These spherical setups are designed specifically for axial loading (8000 lbs. ea. / 16,000 lbs. per knuckle!) and can handle plenty of punishment. Plus the use of two 3/4" shoulder bolts per knuckle allows for easy assembly and disassembly.

Cost - Laser cut, high precision CNC & formed steel eliminates the common high price tag on casted knuckles. Estimated target price is under $US1000 for a complete set of inner and outer knuckles with spherical ends and hardware (both sides)!

This Spider 9 housing is designed to work with centered and most all pinion offsets. At 65" in length, the Spider 9 housing tubes can be cut down to fit most all, front & rear, trail rig applications.

The all new Spider 9 axle housing is the product of over three years of hard engineering and real world testing. With rock crawling specifically in mind, this housing is nothing like your ordinary 9" housing. With ultra-high ground clearance, one piece shell construction, and compact size, this is the ONLY 9" housing built ground-up specifically for rock crawling. Six popular setups available.  All Spider 9 Axle Housings are 65†long (plenty of axle tube to cut to size) and are available with forward engine third member orientation or mid-engine third member orientation (as used in mid-engine competition rock crawlers). All housings are designed to work with Ford 9†style third members. Third member mounting hardware and filler cap assembly included. • Single piece, ¼†thick, compact shell design provides more strength than any other OEM or aftermarket 9†housing center. Welded both inside and out for added protection.

• More ground clearance than any other off the shelf 9†housing.

• 3†diameter x 1/4" to 3/8" wall housing tubes provides incredible strength and easily allows the use of common aftermarket end components (like 60 knuckles & big bearing end cups). Unique design welds housing tubes to both shell and third member mounting face.

• Off the shelf housing weight is less than 60 lbs. for 1/4" wall and 80 lbs. for 3/8" wall.

• Large 1-5/16" diameter fill opening makes gear inspection and filling easy. Our trademark Spidertrax Oil Fill Cap is included with every Spider 9.
